It’s been inspiring watching our little rescue beagle get more comfortable—and becoming more “dog”—every day since she landed on our couch. I sketched her in white charcoal onto a black canvas before painting, and kept a rough outlined look to the piece to make her more “fuzzy” and animated. I love painting pets with a touch of their personality!
